Orders received on a Singapore public holiday will be processed on the next working day.


*Please note:
After you have made your payment, there is no cancellation of order and refund. You will still receive your collar even if you have changed your mind. Hence, please decide very carefully when purchasing a collar for your pet.


Payment Details

Payments will be done through Bank Transfers or Paypal. Postage will be advised, between $0.50 to $3.35. I will not be liable for any lost of mails (you may opt for registered mail at an additional cost of $2.50) or items damaged by Singpost

Banks: POSB/DBS, UOB, OCBC.

Bank Account information will be sent after order has been confirmed

We welcome overseas customers to pay by paypal.

Delivery

Delivery will be done through normal post.

Postage fees will be bearable by buyer depending on weight.

Additional $2.50 for registered mail.
For Overseas customers, postage to be confirmed.
 
Exchange Policy

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase. Free glueing services within 10 days if ever the accessory detach from the collar. Just drop me an email!

All items must be in original condition with plastic.

Paw Tales reserve the rights to reject exchanges if items are damaged.

Exchanges will be carried out through meetups at Paw Tales preferred location only.
